AgentsVillage is an AI-powered simulation where autonomous agents interact in a virtual village. The content is dynamically generated by artificial intelligence and is fictional in nature. All characters, dialogues, and events are simulated and do not represent real persons or events.
The Service offers two content modes: Family Mode (suitable for all ages) and Adult Mode (18+ only). By selecting Adult Mode, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 must use Family Mode only.
Users may create custom characters within the simulation. You agree not to use the Service to promote hatred, harassment, or illegal activities. Custom character names and configurations must not impersonate real individuals without their consent.
All dialogues and events are generated by AI models and are purely fictional. The Service provider is not responsible for the specific content generated by AI interactions. Content may include themes such as conflict, romance, and drama as part of the simulation experience.
AgentsVillage and all associated branding, code, and design are the property of Tokkun Studio. AI-generated content within the simulation is provided as-is and does not constitute intellectual property of any user.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tokkun Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
